Weddings at Penicuik Estate are hosted on an exclusive-use basis, centred around Penicuik House and the surrounding gardens and estate setting, allowing you to shape a celebration that unfolds naturally across the weekend.

To help with planning, the following examples give an indication of how weddings at Penicuik Estate are typically structured.

Low-season 2 night weekend wedding
Exclusive use of Penicuik House (including full breakfast for 32 guests), all estate cottages (sleeping an additional 16 guests) and use of the Glass Orangery for celebrations for up to 150 guests, from £43,500 inc VAT.

High-season 2 night weekend wedding
Exclusive use of Penicuik House (including full breakfast for 32 guests), all estate cottages (sleeping an additional 16 guests) and use of the Glass Orangery for celebrations for up to 150 guests, from £61,450 inc VAT.

The above pricing reflects 2027 rates. Final costs may vary depending on the season, guest numbers and the overall style and structure of your celebration.

Estate Kitchen
All food and beverages are provided by our in-house Estate Kitchen, in partnership with The Edinburgh Catering Company, with menus shaped around you and your guests, and guided by the season. As a guide, a three-course menu with canapés starts from £95 per person inc VAT.
